One Student At A Time

Mosaic exists to cultivate tangible hope in Norristown by walking alongside youth to equip them on their journey to spiritual, emotional, intellectual, physical, and social maturity.

We pursue this mission by creating opportunities for students to broaden  their horizons and learn important life skills while building relationships with caring adults. We use the Search Institute’s 40 Developmental Assets® and Developmental Relationships Framework® to guide and evaluate our work.

Our programs strategically target middle and high school students (5th-12th grades). Our students reflect Norristown’s diversity and represent a multitude of cultural backgrounds.
